Dustin and Danae are a fabulous team. I met them accidently and I am convinced it was a God thing. They were incredibly knowlegable about neighborhoods in Athens. They were knowlegeable about the houses we showed and could help point out the strengths and weaknesses (things that need to be fixed) of each property. The contacts they have with mortgage company, insurance agent and even construction company. It made everything super easy. Finally, Danae is a serious negotiator. She does her research and does what it takes to make you you get a good deal. Personally, they incredibly thoughtful and kid. It truly was a blessing to work with them.

They explained so many things with me, Dustin would send us something and call and go over page by page what everything meant. With this being our first home I honestly could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend this team!! They are absolutely amazing!
